De-Personalise &

De-Clutter

Pack up all those personal photographs and family heirlooms. We want buyers to imagine their photos on the walls and not be distracted looking at your family photographs.  We all collect an amazing amount of things we dont use, this is a great time to consider donating it or throwing it away. Tidy bookshelves, pack away knick-knacks, clear off the kitchen counter, tidy inside cupboards & kitchen cabinets. Think this could be a great head start on the packing you will need to do anyway.

Maintenance?

Make sure you complete any outstanding maintenance and repairs which will be immediately obvious to potential buyers. But before undertaking any major renovations consult your agent who will advise if they are necessary or if you’re simply over-capitalising – buyers will often prefer to make changes to their own taste. Your agent will also advise if they believe a professional stylist is necessary. Fix leaky taps, fix doors that don't close properly, replace non working light bulbs. There are many houses for sale so lets make sure yours stands out for all the right reasons.

Make your house Sparkle!

One of the most important things to do is make your house 'sparkle'. The prospective buyers first impression is the most important.   • Dust & clean ceiling fans, Air conditioner louvres & Light fittings
  • Bleach grout
